Q: Does the Baby Delight Beside Me Wink Bassinet and Bedside Sleeper - Pebble Gray contain any flame retardents in the mattress or any part of it?

Q: What is the tallest setting to have a the mattress off the ground? Our mattress is 28 inches?

Q: Is this away or rocking?
A: Hi Chin, thank you for your question. The Beside Me Wink does have the ability to gently rock but it is not the intention of this bassinet and will not rock or sway on its own. Rather, it allows for these motions more as a convenience to sooth baby.

Q: What is the lowest setting for this bassinet. The top of our mattress is 23” high
A: Hi Jess, great question. The lowest setting for the bassinet puts the base of the mattress pad at 13" off the ground therefor, any setting higher than this would be perfect for you mattress! Hope this helps!

Q: Hello, Is the mattress that it comes with enough support and soft enough? Or should you add extra padding on top of the mattress?
A: Hi Lindsey, great question! We do not suggest adding extra padding to the top of the mattress, as this can be hazardous to your little one. The mattress is flat and firm to ensure the safety of your babe :)

We do have two other options that may better suit you- Go With Me™ Slumber Deluxe Portable Rocking Bassinet – Charcoal Tweed or the Beside Me™ Doze Deluxe Bedside Bassinet – Pebble Grey!
