Q: does this have rubber/ non-slip material on the wheels?

Q: Do the back legs (with wheels) fold under, so the child can sit on the floor and still play with the activity board, or use the play table top?
A: Thank you for the question! When used as a floor toy, the removable panel is your budding musician’s opening act. The top section is removable from the base to utilize on the floor.
