Q: Characters starting to make squeaking noises. We have changed out batteries numerous times and the horrible would sounds won't stop. It sounds like the characters need to be oiled or lubed up in order for the noise to stop. Is there a way to fix this??

The materials in our products are not made with natural rubber latex and they meet global phthalate, lead and BPA requirements. We do not use any materials that are likely to contain BPA. Q: What age group is this more for? My daughters 7 months old and can sit up. So I feel like she might. just sit up and watch rather than fall asleep :)

After about a week of use, the moving parts started high pitch squeaking when turned on. It is also VERY loud even on the lower setting. Very disappointing since my baby loves it.

All the sounds and music are soothing and relaxing. The sounds don’t last long so you need to keep pushing the button. I guess more of a toy rather than sound machine

Easy to installs and wipe with a baby wipe in case it gets dirty. It comes in colors pink and blue. We just love it and highly recommend it.

The remote is so convenient when using in her crib. We love the lock feature to clip to the crib to keep it in eye view and safe for her to have.

This has four modes: music and lights/motion, music only, ocean sounds and light/motion, ocean sounds only. The ocean scene has lighting that mimics water movement and the four animals move around. A cute shell shaped remote is provided and is useful because it works across the room. I like that my little one can also turn this on/off by pressing the pink star in the corner, while also developing an understanding of cause/effect. This does require two AAA batteries, which are not included and there is a convenient low battery indicator at the top with the other controls.

However, I do wish it had a brightness dimmer—it’s quite bright, so I haven’t kept it on the crib. The strap also doesn’t feel very secure, which makes me worry it could fall and hit the baby during the night. That said, both my baby and toddler are mesmerized by it. It also has a stand, making it great for tummy time or floor play.
