It keeps his attention and allows him to hear different sounds and songs. Made of hard plastic but realistic enough to mimic that of a guitar. Colorful and something he can grow into and play together with other instrument toys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes no effort to make music, my son just touches the center of the guitar and it starts to play music each time he touches, you can have it play songs or just sounds. Fun and easy to use. Strong plastic so if it gets thrown like kids like to do to their toys it will be fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This colorful and cute little guitar is a hit with both my 2 and a half year old as well as my 11 month old! The guitar is small and light enough to be carried around easily by kids. It has fun bright colors to help children know where to push to make music and sounds. My son loves that it not only can be strummed like a real guitar but that it makes fun animal sounds as well. My daughter loves to sit with it in front of her and try to push the buttons which is great hand/eye coordination practice! We have had many fun “rock out sessions” with this great little guitar!

She loves to sing along and strum the ukulele which triggers the Baby Einstens music to play. She really thinks she's playing herself. Well made and very sturdy. She's dropped it numerous times and it works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Baby Einstein Sing and Strum Ukulele is an absolutely darling toy. My son is 5 months and was able to play with it just fine even though the age says 6+ months. There are no real strings on the ukulele it's all touch sensors. It's obviously a little hard for him to figure out the modes and what they do with their combinations but that didn't stop him from pressing the buttons and jamming along with it. His giggle every time the cow moos is enough for me to give it a five star review. I don't have anything negative to say about it except maybe a few more animal noises on it would be teaching them more sounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I opened the Sing & Strum Magic Touch Ukulele, my daughter hasn’t put it down often! I love the touch features, they work incredibly well and the songs are the cutest. My daughter REALLY likes the cow sound. It’s made of extremely high quality materials and it’s not super light and flimsy like other toys similar to these can be. Overall, we would highly recommend this and it’s now a family favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 18-month daughter is obsessed with music. She enjoys this ukulele so much. Even my 4-year-old likes to play with this from time to time. The only downside to this toy is that both of them get bored with this fast. There are a total of six buttons on this ukulele. Each button is easy to press, even the lightest touches make it make noise. It has four different sounds, a ukulele, banjo, cow, and duck. Each sound can be played with six different melodies to create different songs each time. There are two volume settings and an off switch. It is made from both wood and plastic. It seems well made and durable. It has been thrown around and stepped on by my toddlers many times, but it still works and looks like it did when we first opened the package. It is lightweight making it easy for toddlers to carry around.

There are lots of different sounds to choose from, some of them very silly and fun like a quacking duck. The art is cute, too, and the front of the ukulele is made of real wood. A quality toy that offers lasting enjoyment!

This is a lovely looking guitar toy suitable for children from 1 years old. Its another toy from their wooden range so looks great and is very different compared to most toys currently available. It has Magic Touch Technology where the touch sensor is extremely responsive and smooth. The fun design is very child friendly and introduces my daughter to the basics of guitar playing by guitar sounds and sounds such as the banjo. My daughter is very expressive anyway, however its a joy seeing her get into roleplay as if she is the biggest star and you can tell the fun she has with it. She loves music anyway so this in her eyes is the real thing. Its perfect for little hands, lightweight and has many features to keep your little one entertained like it did mine. Definitely worth the price and i would definitely check out other toys from this stunning range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sing & Strum™ Magic Touch™ Ukulele for my four-year-old daughter. This ukulele is so neat! It’s colorful, bright and well made out of wood. It’s light enough to hold and so much fun to use. There is a on-off button along with a high/low volume. There are six set melodies that you can choose by touching the blue Einstein button. My daughter can also create songs with four different voices, including ukulele, banjo, Cow, or Duck. I like that there was no assembly required and it already came with the batteries installed. Overall, I think this a really cute toy appropriate for all different ages. I was afraid my daughter may get bored with it but she’s been playing with it for the past couple weeks. I would definitely recommend this toy for your child.

It can also play the song continuously or you can hit the tiger in the middle to play each note at at time. It's been a lot of fun, but I can say that the limited options make this likely short-lived.

It's lightweight for toddlers to hold like a real ukulele or can be placed on the floor or a lap for the younger ones. It's very sensitive to touch which I like. You don't have to push hard at all to make music. With different songs and animal noises it keeps babies interested. I kind of almost wish it had actual baby safe strings which would make it a little more realistic but it's a great toy to teach music with as well as learning cause and effect.
