About the Book
"While celebrating St. Patrick's Day, Baby learns the science behind how plants grow and explores photosynthesis"--Book Synopsis
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a big, brainy STEM board book. Satisfy your baby's growing curiosity of their world, with the science behind it! On St. Patrick's Day, Baby learns why plants like clovers are green: photosynthesis! Accurate enough to satisfy an expert, yet simple enough for Baby, this clever board book explores the science of photosynthesis, leaf anatomy, and traditions surrounding St. Patrick's Day. Beautiful, visually stimulating illustrations complement age-appropriate language to encourage Baby's sense of wonder. Parents and caregivers may learn a thing or two as well.About the Author

Wonderful Story about St. Patrick's Day and Photosynthesis

We love the Baby Loves Science series, but this might be my favorite so far. There was great detail about St. Patrick's Day and quite a bit about photosynthesis. Sometimes the books really water down the concepts (which is fine), but it was a welcome change to have more details. We even learned some things!

I had a professor in college that would call this a 2-for-1 deal. There’s a brief intro to St Patrick’s Day that includes clovers and then segways to photosynthesis. I like the use of rainbows and clovers and the holiday to make science applicable. Super cool.
