I saw all the reviews about this dresser arriving broken before I purchased, but I loved how it looked and ordered anyways. Well, spoilers, it arrived broken with multiple drawers unable to open and close. I was able to repair the issues (and fortunately they were in places that ultimately wouldn’t be visible), but that required time and additional money spent on tools/equipment. For a dresser this expensive, I expected better quality.

Read carefully about what your shipping options are -- the item is delivered to your front door and you're responsible for the rest. This isn't a huge deal, but if you're far along into the third trimester, bring some help. Our item arrived clearly defective -- the drawer had a huge crack on the bottom and the slide rail was clearly mounted incorrectly such that the drawer doesn't open smoothly or completely. Customer service refuses to repair or replace the broken part, nor will they issue a partial refund. If your unit arrives broken, your only option is to haul it outside once more, return it, and wait for the replacement item (and potentially do it all over again if your next one is broken too). 0/10 would not order this again. For an item this pricey, Target should do better.

Target delivery for this item is to-door. Which means that the shipping company will leave it outside your house. - The legs are nor preassembled. So you will need to tip the cabinet over and have enough space to tip it over to install them - The shipping box is impossible to open without destroying it - The drawers do not separate fully to make carrying easier - You need two people to carry this into place - There is very little space to grip this so you'll need a dolly or both movers will need straps Regrets

Do NOT order this dresser.
I LOVED the design and look of this dresser. However, it wasn’t worth the headache it was. It came damaged THREE times. I don’t know how this low quality item is sold for $600. I read reviews on Buy Buy Baby which all say the same.
So, if you want to go crazy, order this dresser.

soooo it's really not as bad as people say it is. It's a fully assembled dresser and it came fairly quickly-- i used my REDCARD + baby sale to get this at a great deal. I didn't not get damages on my dresser itself, but the box was a little dirty and beat up.. which is just fine for me. I matched it with my lolly crib and i love the room i get to store all my items.
Great find on a deal-- wait for the giftcard discount to get this.

So I noticed this Lolly collection when I saw that the Kiwi Recliner was on sale(which i bought immediately). I have a white crib at home and a small white dresser to pair with. However, it turned out that I needed a bigger dresser as well, and the Lolly 6 drawer dresser looks like a perfect fit! It looks simple, modern, and playful. Ample storage space added to our nursery!! Kind of regret that i did not see the Lolly white crib before i bought my crib. Babyletto is such a lovely brand XD!!!

Love love love this dresser! Arrived with no damage and it was fairly easy for my husband and I to assemble. We originally wanted to get the Lolly three drawers and were definitely confident with its design and quality reading through many amazing reviews. However, in light of our home space, we decided to size up to a double dresser. We did had doubts over negative reviews but at least in our case, it went very well. Definitely would recommend it!

It is definitely nicer than I thought. Mine arrived without any damage like the previous reviews, so i wish sharing some of these lifestyle inspirations could help with this item's reputation :).

Originally I was a little concerned about this item because of the negative reviews regarding the damages. I happened to ask a customer rep through their brand website and it seems that the shipping issue has been resolved so it should be fine. I made up my mind to order this dresser in white to match with my Lolly Crib. It turned out amazing!! No shipping damage of any kind, and I am so satisfied with my purchase! Love the Lolly collection and it's now finally complete.

Mad that I even had to give ONE star! The dresser arrived cracked in several areas and drawers off track (unfixable because some tracks not even screwed in). Target replaced with another dresser in even worse condition with same problems. Target was easy to deal with as far as replacement and returns. DO NOT ORDER THIS DRESSER!!!

This item came damaged in several areas -- one of the large drawers was broken and unfixable, and there was a big dent and chip on the bottom corner. I contacted Target about the return, but they had to refer me to a different department that would not get back to me for several days. I am still waiting to be contacted to confirm I can return it. Additionally, the dresser was difficult to repack into the box and is a very large and heavy item, which being pregnant, I cannot help my husband move to place outside for the Target return pick-up crew (assuming it is returnable). Very disappointed as I was waiting for this to put our baby's items in and set up the nursery.
