Feels cheap. Motor is not that powerful and very loud, you could barely hear the hair being cut. Lever notches are too loose, so lever can move up and down. Does not come with usb type C cable. Battery life is low. Guards are cheap, flimsy, and not color coordinated.

I’ve had this machine since it first came out and the power button failed on me , maybe due to the use I put on it. I am cutting about 8-10 people a day, when working good it has been very reliable , I initially started with whal but transitioned to Babyliss

I got through seven haircuts without it dying, and I loved that I could plug it in and finish what I was doing. I zero gapped them and they cut beautifully! Love the adjustable lever.
