I use Oak to calm my nerves when life gets a bit too much. As a sleep aid, it is nothing short of a miracle. Six drops under my tongue and before I know it, it's morning. If I get up during the night, I have no problem getting back to sleep. I love this product, and recommend it to everyone who has sleep problems or anxiety.
