Rescue Remedy works. I am in a stressful part of my life and this calms me right down so I can do what I need to do. I have had these for quit a few years and even forgot having them at all but I am going through things and found them and put them to use and they are still effective. I know I bough them at a stressful part of my life and I bought two tins. I used up that first tin and have opened the second tin now at another stressful time.

I have used these for years! A great method to calm the mind during extreme stressful times yet continuing to be functional during the day. Yet may be used at bedtime as well.

I've used Bach Rescue Remedy for many years, in its different forms: spray, drops and pastilles. I like the pastilles the best; they taste good and have no alcohol as the other forms do. I'm not sure exactly how they work, since they are homeopathic. All I know is that in stressful situations, I can count on them to give me just the right shift in my stress level, offering me a subtle calmness that allows me to think clearly, not dulling the senses at all. Maybe it's partly due to a placebo effect, but in general I tend to be a skeptic, so I'm guessing that's not why they work. How they work may be a mystery, but I can't argue with success!

These lozenges are super convenient to carry and take. I place one under my tongue and by the time it dissolves I feel calmer/better. These have no alcohol and they really work well for me.

These are the best, I keep a can in my purse at all times. When things get stressful they are always there and I hand them out to whoever is around. Usually the next thing is people asking me where to get them... they work that well. The only downside is that the can itself doesn't stay secure in the purse. If it gets pressed on (pretty common in the purse) the seal pops open and the pastilles end up all over my purse. I've considered using another container and that would work, but for now I just have a ponytail holder (heavy rubber band would work) around the can and that solves the problem.

these have the texture of gummy bears. I cut them in half, to keep stress down. these do work, i felt a all over body quiteness happening in about 10 minutes. Bach flowers is known as a blessing from god to bless us in calming down the body and mind. if you are not familiar with the feeling or sensation of bach remedies then go slow, cut the gummy disk in 1/4's then in 1/2 as you get use to that all over essence feeling. It's good we have something natural to calm us down. thank you Bach's. How does it get any better than this.
