Badger Basket's 1-2-3 Convertible Doll Bunk Bed with Bedding features two bed configurations for sleepover doll fun! Stack it as a triple doll bunk bed, or convert it to a double bunk and single bed. All three beds are outfitted with a bedding set made of cool and casual pink stripe fabric. Bedding set includes three fluffy padded mats, three single-layer blankets, and three stuffed pillows. Stuffed animals will be begging to nap here, too! No tools needed to convert from triple bed to single and double bed. Designed for dolls up to 20 inches. Fits 18 inch dolls such as American Girl, My Life As, Madame Alexander, and Our Generation; and also fits 15 inch American Girl Bitty Baby dolls and 14.5 inch American Girl WellieWishers dolls. Doll Bunk Bed is made with durable engineered wood with a white, painted finish. Removable bedding is made with 100% Polyester fabric with 100% Polyester fill. Overall assembled dimensions (triple bed): 22.25 inches L x 12 inches W x 23.5 inches H. Interior of beds: 20.75 inches L x 10.25 inches W. All measurements approximate. Frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap and dry thoroughly. Spot clean or hand wash fabric and as needed with cold water and mild detergent and allow to air dry. Adult assembly required. Illustrated instructions included. For children from three years old and up. Q: If I take two sets of beds apart, can I then make 3 sets of bunk beds, 2 beds each?

A: Thank you for your question! When the beds are separated, the single bed does not have any connectors that would allow it to attach to another single bed. Q: Someone asks if the bed is wood but they got an answer re the bedding. Is the bed wood and for the person for whom it fell apart, was it perhaps not assembled correctly, or was it the quality of the wood?

It’s bigger than we thought. Very sturdy and easy to put together. My 4 year old loved decorating the beds with provided stickers. Great for 18” or smaller dolls.

The bunk bed portion went together with minor problems. Two of the screws I had to use longer screws because the holes were stripped. The real issue was with the single bed. The holes didn’t line up even remotely close. The holes on one side of the headboard were off by over an inch. We ended up having to drill a hole at the correct spot to make it work. I would not recommend this purchase.

In the end it will for my daughter and I’ll know she’ll love it but there are a few issues. First, when you take the item out of the package it smells terrible- absolutely terrible. There was grease or something all over the bed rails that took forever to clean up. There’s still a little residual grease on it that I can’t get off but it’s not super noticeable. Second- on the single bed, one corner piece had come off the frame on either side. I had to glue it back in place. I would have returned it but I needed it right away for my daughter. I left it outside in the sun during the day for a few days and that helped the smell resolve some.
