Q: I have read that Acacia wood should be sealed with linseed or tung oil. Is this set already sealed during the manufacturing process? And/or does it need to be resealed periodically?

A: Hello Jeff, Thank you for reaching out. This dining set has already been sealed during the manufacturing process. We cannot recommend using any after market products since it would the void the warranty if something adverse were to happen after that product is applied. -Customer Service Agent

Q: Hi- We would love to purchase this, but we also want an umbrella hole. Is it possible to drill a hole in the middle of it for an umbrella?

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend any form of alteration or after market use for our item as it was not manufactured to be used as such, and also has not been tested in that manner. Any form of alteration/ use of after market product would void the warranty if something adverse were to happen.

It's just junk. Do Not Buy. It warps, cracks and chairs fall apart within months after buying. One of my all time worst purchases.

We were thrilled when we received this table HOWEVER we have only had it a couple months and it’s dry and warping! We are very disappointed in the quality.

You get a lot for your money with this set. The wood the chairs are made of is actually pretty nice. They are comfy and feel study as you sit in them. I agree the table is too small for 8 chairs. It isn’t solid pieces of wood like it is for the chairs. It is smaller compressed together for the top and then metal legs for the bottom. It is also pretty solid, but you should build it with a friend to make your life easier. I bought a cover to extend the life of this set.
