I ordered 2 of these chairs and when they came one was 1 inch smaller width than the other. I returned the 19 inch chair and ordered again assuming I would recieve a 20 inch replacement since that is the dimension on the description. Then when I got the new chair it was 19 inches AGAIN. AND....the finish was duller and the chair looks really rough. I am stuck with the chairs since I threw away the first box. I emailed the actual company and they basically told me they would not help me. They didn't even seem to care. I would be very leary of ordering from this company.
