Came broken and the only way to receive a new one is to drop off the broken chair first. It came on a Saturday afternoon which means there was no where to take it until Monday and there was NOT an option. To take it to the store. Most places send the replacement out and tell you to pitch the broken furniture especially when I sent a picture of the broken leg. Very disappointed with how inconvenient it is for the customer.

The Questions section says 250lbs weight limit but it's really only 150lbs. It's just a lie by the seller because who would by a chair with such poor structural support. The instructions and other materials clearly state 150lbs maximum. It's a nice chair for decoration but it's not usable except maybe for well behaved children.

I ordered two chairs, and they arrived early so no complaints there. One box was ripped open & appeared to have water damage. Per the enclosed booklet the weight limit is150lbs. Both chairs will be returned.

I've always wanted a chair like this made of REAL LEATHER strips, and I found it online at Target! It is only Wood and Leather, no metal except small brads that adhere the strips to the wood!

These chairs look great but the mechanics are absolute garbage. The chairs are nailed together with teeny tiny nails (like the type you’d hang a lightweight picture with). They broke immediately upon sitting on them and I’m well below the maximum weight capacity. Do not buy and do not let anyone you love sit on these things.
