Ordered sectional, ottoman and dining room from Ashley.Love them all and the service was top notch.Everything arrived quickly and we could not be happier.BEST Online customer service - ordered a rug from Overstock which never came and they offered no real assistance. Will not even consider them again, Ashley will get my business.

This is a replacement since the lost one broke in 2 places. It's beautiful on the outside but made super cheap on the inside with just thin pre fabricated wood. I am just wondering how long it will take before this one breaks.

Ottoman is cheaply made. Only had it a few months and it's already sunken in the middle and sloping in one corner. It naturally was sunken in with hard wooden sides. Not good for knees or toddlers/babies.

Poor quality! After one month, I've already noticed one side of my ottoman has an indent on one of the corners and we never sit on it.

Already damaged. The foam has collapsed into the wooden frame and isn't usable on one corner. Definitely upsetting. Luckily we have a warranty. It hasn't been more than a few months
