I will never buy wrapping paper from Target again. I ordered 2 rolls - well actually 3 but as usually one was in stock until someone went to shop my order. Both were short rolls of paper that are way too thin. They wrinkle as you’re wrapping. Quality and quantity has definitely gone down and price jumped from $3. You’ll need more than one roll if you have more than 2 medium sized shirt boxes to wrap. I’ll stick with the dollar store or purchase online.
