Disgusting texture and flavor. Hard to really describe the texture but it's mushy and coats the inside of your mouth. Also has kind of a metallic aftertaste? AVOID!

I am thankful for this product! I had to give up pasta because it would spike my blood sugar. I have tried so many pasta alternatives, and this one is best one I've ever had! It's so nice to enjoy pasta again! The taste and texture is great!

As a celiac, I appreciate the effort to give us gluten free products, but bean-based pasta just does not work for me. Always gives me painful gas. Strange, because actual beans are much more digestable. I wish they would just give us Jovial Italian-made gluten free pasta - a much more authentic product with no nasty side effects.

I like that it has more protein than Barilla’ Protein+, but it certainly does not taste as good. It has a weird texture and breaks easily. I’ll stick to Barilla Protein+.

Love the product as a quality GF pasta option! But did they just make the box smaller?? One 8oz box doesn’t leave any leftovers after a meal for 2 adults and 1 kid. I have to make another box to go with leftover spaghetti sauce vs normal noodle box is 16oz

This is good pasta. Definitely not like regular but good. I just need someone to please explain to me why on the front of the box it says 198 g but on the back; the nutrition facts it says 56 g per servings and it supposedly has 4 servings. I’m no genius but I do know that 56 x 4 is 224 grams and not 198 g
