She loves to set her up as if she were playing in a game with all her other Barbies cheering here on! The Barbie You Can Be Anything dolls are great to teach young girls that they truly can be anything. This doll helps represent that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked how the arms and legs were easily bendable. Can really make it seem as if the doll is playing a sport. Wish the bendable sections weren’t so obvious. Love how it shows that girls can play sports too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The basketball theme is neat with the little basketball. The bendy legs are kind of weird, but functional. My daughter still loves playing pretend with it, though. It fits in with the rest of the barbies just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 8 year old daughters new favorite toy! She loves that the doll is completely movable and that she is a basketball player! The ball attached to get hand and you can pretend that she is really playing ball!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this doll as joints that actually bend! My daughter loved to be able to pose this doll and have her jump, walk and dance. It was hard to undress the doll, the clothes wanted to snag on the hands/arms. The basketball didn't really stay in her hands. My daughter didn't mind though. She loves the doll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie is great because the limbs actually move like a real person, and a real basketball player would. It comes with a basketball that easily attaches, but I don’t know how long that will stay on. I like that the feet are flat, but I still think her body could look a little more normal, specially her legs and feet. Her uniform is pretty cool and seems well made, and similar to WNBA uniforms.

This basketball player is a great doll. I really like that her uniform is not all pink :-D. I like that her basketball is more realistic orange color and has the "finger hook" so she can hold it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This basketball barbie comes dressed to play and can 'hold' the basketball on her finger. Fun for the kids to move around and play with. She fits right in with the other Barbies and bends well to mimic running around on the court.

My little girl loves watching her big brother play basketball and was thrilled when she could recreate plays at home with her Barbies! The Barbie’s legs bend so she can run. The ball also stays securely in her hand while she’s dribbling, but can also come off to shoot some hoops (or get the ball stolen)! After the game you can put her hair down, throw on some heels, and a dress for a celebration dinner. What a fun toy!

She was so excited to see all the flexible joints and was amazed to see that even the ankles move. This toy is well made and guaranteed to keep a kid’s interest!

The ball comes with a little notch that allows the doll to actually hold it. Which to qoute my daughter "makes it much cooler" she keeps this one on display when she isn't playing with it.

The Barbie is well jointed and able to make lots of good basketball shooting poses. My daughter was a bit disappointed that the ball didn't actually bounce, but since it is plastic, that was to be expected. My girls quickly whisked the Barbie up to the rest and have had a couple of "games" of basketball with a couple of our other jointed dolls! It's nice that all the dolls can use the holder on the ball and it's not just limited to this specific Barbie!

She is fully poseable and articulated for many action photos and versatile play options. Her eyes are a very pretty light brown. I enjoyed posing her for her photos. I think smaller children might have trouble with the joints but for older children and collectors she is perfect.
