Barbie Chelsea Royal Pink Hair

This doll was not made in China, which is a priority for our family. It's a cute doll that's perfectly sized to pack for a trip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves playing with Barbie mermaids and was excited to add another to her mermaid family. However she was disappointed right out of the box because it’s not a mermaid. It doesn’t even look like a mermaid. The hair looks awful after 1 play too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mermaid doll was absolutely adorable! My daughter was so excited to open her up as soon as it arrived. The doll came packaged securely. She has very soft hair and her clothes are well made. My daughter has enjoyed playing with her!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chelsea Mermaid is small and full of surprises. Perfect for a 5 year old that loves to take the dolls into the bath. My granddaughter took her and before I knew it, straight in the water she went. Her original outfit had a star pattern and once placed in the water it revealed a different outfit. Great idea; kids love a doll with extra clothing. She also comes with a skirt and boots to go with her new outfit. If it wasn’t for the boot, she would not be able to stand alone. Once Chelsea got wet, the original outfit dissolved and left a white chalky substance on her and in the tub. With a little bit of rubbing, it did come off. Her hair seems to be of good quality. After being submerged in the water it did not change and surprisingly with only a few shakes, dried and bounced back to its original form. Overall the Chelsea Mermaid was fun to play with in and out of water.

My little one doesn't own one of these tiny Barbie Dolls so she'll definitely be excited when she opens it! These dolls have been around forever because of the high quality. They hold the kids attention for a good while which is good for their imagination. They look realistic and are so fun to play with! I definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute little doll for what it is but it did not hold my daughter’s attention much. Also confused by the name, which implies that she’s a mermaid (?) She is not. Her pinkish purple hair is fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girl loves her Mermaid Barbie. The pink hair is just a bonus. She takes this doll everywhere where she can put it in water. I love that it's a great size for her older toddler hands and that there aren't tiny parts that can come off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the cutest little Barbie ever! It’s only about 5 inches tall, but super cute. Perfect for tiny hands to hold on to. The bow on top does come off, but I simply removed it so my daughter didn’t try to put it in her mouth. She carried this doll around for hours! Super fun for little girly girls!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect little chelsea doll. My daughter loves the littlier dolls. She plays like they are the daughters and barbies are the moms. She loves the purple hair. I love that the shirt is part of the doll vs being able to come off and get lost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old daughter got this barbie. We like how it has a base clothes the stay on the plastic doll so shes never naked. It came with an easy on and off skirt. We hate how the headbands never stay on it will be lost soon. Very cute overall barbie to play with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This barbie is great! Her hair is very colorful, pretty and soft and it is nice that there is a place to clip the headband bow in. Her outfit is really cute and had a nice touch of ruffle and sparkle at the waistband. He shoes are super cute and its great that you could change them if you wanted. He painted on jumpsuit is a nice surprise. This barbie stands on her own and is a good size to play with on smaller doll furniture. After checking her out, my chile and I had this barbie sit down and watch some tv in a playhouse with other dolls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Little Chelsea Mermaid is easily held in a child's hand and the color of the hair is unusual, interesting and a big hit. She has a beautiful smile and a delight to look at. Entertaining to 5 year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a cute doll and a great size for my four year old daughter. She likes the fun colors and the bow. She also enjoys playing with the skirt. I really enjoyed the easy open packaging and the Barbie head logo on the plastic and think the doll is quite cute. The lack of extras is good for younger kids but may be a bit disappointing for older ones. It’s a little disappointing though that it’s described as mermaid in the listing but is not in fact a mermaid. Must be her land form. Also would like some sort of identifying name on the box for the model, not just Barbie. It doesn’t even say Chelsea. It makes it hard if we want to request it. Something like Mermaid princess Chelsea land form. I’m likely to pass on it in favor of something more easily identifiable to people. My daughter does have the mermaid doll as well, and you can see how they compare in the photos.
