I love that it comes in the container to use to do the color reveal. Makes clean up a breeze. The accessories are perfect for the doll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 and 8 year old daughters were super excited to get their hands on the new Barbie Color Reveal Disco Star edition! With all of the Barbie movie cowgirl hype and us living in the West, Barbie with her cowgirl hat and boots was a fun an exciting change from the ordinary color reveal. You still get the fun of blind bags mixed with color reveal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Color Reveal Barbie. These are always such a fun unboxing event. Then we have an a sweet, fun Barbie to play with after. This one has really fun hair and a swimsuit built in which is a nice touch. Since these Barbies have the plastic swimsuit, we get to use these in the bathtub and pool too. We love this one has soft hair rather than some of the others with only hard hair. Very pretty.

You fill the container with water and put the Barbie in. The vibrant cowboy theme stands out, with four Barbies to collect and various surprise accessories. While the reveal process is engaging, it can be messy, so adult supervision is recommended for younger kids as this toy is rated 3+. I was slightly disappointed that the shirt is painted on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year daughter couldn’t wait to open the surprise packages so she could discover which doll she got, and what accessories came with the doll. What surprised me the most, she already new it would change color when dipping in cold water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves the color reveal dolls, and this one was no exception. This one is a reveal of one of four or five dolls. Each with different cowboy hats. They can be a bit messy though, but we’ve gotten the hang of these dolls by now.

My daughter thinks it’s really neat how putting it in water changes her into her shirt. The legs are really stiff and not a lot of mobility so she don’t seat well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness, my daughter loves this! It’s exciting to find the reveal, and the process of revealing is fun! My daughter pointed out how neat the water looks as the color transfers from the doll to the water. I attached a picture of it, it was a cool silver swirl that looked chromatic. I will say that I don’t think our water was warm enough, because a tiny bit of color was still on the doll after swirling her around, but it didn’t take much effort to wipe it at that point. So cute! We would recommend.

She plays with the doll all the time for at least 30 minutes at a time. The color changing was really cool to see and I would absolutely recommend this as a gift or for your kiddo

It comes coated in silver so that you can reveal which Barbie you got. The accessories to dress her up are also very fun. The reveal kept her interest and she was added to the roster of favorite Barbies to play with.

My daughter was exited to reveal the color and then play with all the accessories that comes with the barbie. All around good gift for the surprise and excitement of don’t know what you are going to get.

One drawback - you'll need to hold the doll's hair out of the water to keep it dry. My eldest daughter was a bit disappointed, as she had hoped for a different doll but my younger one loved her. But one thing for sure, they loved the surprise and excitement of the reveal process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an awesome addition to the color reveal line up! This is filled with cute little surprise packs that my child looks forward to. She loves the facial make up that disappears with different temps and the long colored hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok let me start with, my girls are obsessed with toys that color change. But add Barbie in that mix and it’s their new favorite toy! They has so much fun dipping the Barbie into water and watching her transform, it was like a science experiment. I would definitely recommend this toy!

First off, it is mystery doll so there is the element of surprise, which makes it exciting for the kids. And even once you get the doll open there is mystery packaging for the clothing and accessories inside, adding to the fun of opening. The doll itself and the accessories are well made and detailed, as you would expect from Barbie. Once you have everything open there is still one more "surprise" which is interactive when you dip her into warm water and dissolve off the shimmer to reveal her body suit. This part is so fun, yet messy so we opted on taking it to the bathroom sink (which also was helpful as we could give her a sink bath to get the last of the shimmer off). Overall, her accessories are a little boring but the quality of the doll is good and the opening experience is super exciting.
