Summary of reviews
These gloves are praised for their supple leather that balances comfort and durability, making them ideal for various outdoor tasks like gardening and yard work. Many guests appreciate the excellent fit, especially in smaller sizes, and the gloves' ability to provide dexterity while protecting hands. However, some concerns about dye bleeding and sizing inconsistencies have been noted. Overall, they are a reliable choice for anyone needing quality work gloves.

Supple leather but thick enough to work on brambles! And the XS actually fits (I'm a six in regular and medical gloves). Second time buying (first pair still in the rotation). Highly recommend.

The XS is a perfect fit for me, which is incredibly rare. Just as rare is the ability to maintain enough dexterity to get work done, while still offering enough protection when I'm clearing out invasive multiflora rose. I've tried a lot of gloves over the years, and these are the ones I'm staying with.

I've bought multiple work-gloves of different qualitiesand never had any issue from any big box store. These in green after one use bleed dye into your hands and fingers. Cheap quality or cheap dye.

My experience with Barebones has been fabulous to date. Everything I have purchased thus far has been of a very high quality, until now. The leather is a bit thin. The palms don’t have a second layer to make up for this. And worst of all, when I oiled the gloves as I do to all my leather gloves, the yellow dye came off on everything until the gloves had absorbed the oul and dried a bit. They look like deerskin but most definitely are not. Whatever they are, it’s definitely the thinnest part of the animals hide. I bought them and will use them until they fall apart. My next pair will probably be from the local hardware store so I can judge the quality before buying.

I love these gloves so much that when I accidently clipped a fingertip with my clippers I bought another pair.
Dye stains skin

Really really surprised at all the positive comments here. These gloves (I bought the yellow color) stain my skin yellow. Every single time I use them. I thought maybe I just needed to use them a few times for the dye to set, but it’s still happening. Really hoping it isn’t toxic dye, but I’m not using them any more anyway. Plus they do run small. I always wear a small glove and these are hard to put on.

These were my first pair of leather gloves. They felt loose initially, but now they feel more snug and comfortable after a little bit of time with them. I've had these about 4 months and have using them a few times a month for light gardening and weed pul
