This is the perfect size for my lantern. It gives some cushion for protection to the lantern and when I tighten the enclosure I just use the handle on the lantern to carry it. Looks good, practical and well made.

These felt bags are a perfect fit for the Railroad and Forest Lanterns. The hanging Outpost Lantern fits but the felt bag is somewhat large for that lantern. Not really a complaint, I’m just pointing out that a smaller felt bag would fit better. Regardless, these bags do exactly what I needed them to do. Protect the lanterns from damage during transportation to my camping spots.

This bag appears to be well made and fits the lantern well. It seems it will protect the lantern from normal transport issues.
