We love the look of these bar stools and how they go well with our home. They are also very comfortable to sit on. The one thing I wish was better was the instructions on how to correctly orient the foot rest portion of the chair. Since it wasn't clear, some of the screws wouldnt tighten in their holes so we had to disassemble the chairs and start all over again.

Stores were pretty easy to put together. We did have one issue with one stool, not having accurate measures, and therefore there was a gap with the seat. But when I let Customerservice know, they are sending us an another stool. I would definitely recommend these stools.

These look great with our white oak flooring and cabinetry. Very easy to put together (10-15 mins per stool) and extremely comfortable. A unique design with a lower (below counter) profile that allows your island/counter to be in complete view. Love them!

I purchased four stools, all of them wobble. I have to use multiple pads to even the legs. I would return if it wasn’t such a pain to do so.

These are good chairs for the price. Was pretty straightforward to assemble once you get done with one. They do wobble a bit but once you sit on it they don’t shake as much. Not a big fan of the color from the website vs what it actually is. Overall good chairs.

I had never seen/used Nathan James furniture before, so wasn't sure what to expect. In fact, we opened/built just one stool at first to make sure we liked it enough to open the other 4. Luckliy, it passed the test! These stools are low-profile enough to keep a seamless line with the island - but have a high-enough back to be comfortable. The fabric is attractive, but has enough detail that it seems like it will be forgiving against my 2 and 6yo's efforts. (Will attempt to attach a photo, upload form currently not working.)

These barstools look beautiful in my kitchen! We are really happy with them. The hardest part of putting them together was leveling them. It’s a challenge! We had a few minor issues with missing parts and a marking in the fabric and the company was absolutely awesome to help.

The stools are nice and easy to put together, except that we had to use a drill to be able to screw in the 4 screws for the foot rest. Also, the vinyl cushion cover in brown is not very attractive. It is spotty. But the overall look is nice.
