Loved this! Thought I would try and happy I did. This is really good, has a nice and subtle pesto and lemon taste which is not overpowering but flavored just right. This also is vegetarian which I did not notice when I ordered it, so added bonus. I would recommend and will definitely buy again.

This pasta salad has very sharp dried herb pieces that quite literally cut up my tongue and the sides of my mouth. I ate a small portion of it 2 days ago and can still feel the effects and can physically see the lacerations on the back and sides of my tongue. I noticed as I was eating it that it had an unusual mouthfeel and then about halfway through I realized it was cutting my tongue. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Wow - these reviews really prove that everyone has different tastes! I did not mind this little pesto pasta salad. I decided to try it because most cold pasta salads I've found have raw onions, and this one did not. I saw a lot of complaints about bland and dry, gritty. I agree with another reviewer who said to let it come up to temperature and stir it thoroughly - that worked well for me. Most of the oil was in the bottom of the container but a few stirs and it came together. I don't agree with bland - it's not overpowering like some other jarred pestos can be, and the lemon added a nice fresh tang. You do need to enjoy parmesan cheese as this has a lot (which likely contributes to the high calories & sodium content). But all in all, I found it a great quick on-the-go lunch.

Clumped together and some pieces of uncooked pasta. Half oily/half dry and difficult to mix together in the container if you’re grabbing it for lunch. Overall not appetizing and not worth the $.

I personally like it, everyone is probably just eating it cold or microwaved but if you put some butter and a small splash of milk in the pan, with some Parmesan it’s pretty good.
Pass if you can. Quick lunch in a pinch though
