I loved the look of this wastecan at first. It matched our new fixtures in our bathroom. However, after several months there are many rusted spots on it and it's already time to find a new one as it looks old and as if it sat out in the rain (which it didn't). This was in a half-bath with no shower so I can't imagine it got that damp in there.

While the design is sleek and practical for keeping waste concealed, the quality was disappointing. There were numerous scratches on the surface upon arrival, and the item was dusty. The packaging was poor, with no tissue or padding separating the wastebaskets—one was simply piled on top of the other. This lack of protection during shipping caused damage that diminished the polished appearance. Given the stylish design, I had expected much better quality control.

Beautiful color, lovely finish, and well made. I don't care for the inside circular flat screw covers? (attaches the wastebasket to the bottom), that are very visible. Also, too big for smaller bathrooms like mine but, I think would look very nice in a large bath, office, etc.

Originally this can was beautiful and we loved it. However, we used it in a bathroom and it rusted because of the steam from showering. It hasn’t lasted one year so just beware it would be better suited for an office or bedroom setting not a damp bathroom.

I bought this about a year ago. I clean it and try to keep it nice, but it has shown significant signs of wear and rust so I am looking to replace. It is a very good weight and beautiful design, but I am disappointed in the longevity of the product.

I bought this trashcan about a year ago and the finish has completely worn off all over it. It’s super cute, a great style, I like the bottom of the can that is almost padded/cushioned. But because of its proximity to the toilet, and having a comfort height toilet and little boys, it’s often sprayed with urine and despite my best efforts to clean the bathroom daily, the finish has corroded everywhere. So if you use it away from the toilet, or your family never gets pee on it, maybe it’s okay. But it’s not a good bathroom trash can. My ceramic and plastic cans have been a much better fit.
