I have found this really effective in helping my lower back arthritis pain. It kicks in pretty easily and quickly so I don’t have to wait and worry about the medicine not working. The packaging is easy to use which I appreciate because I suffer from multiple sclerosis. I find that it’s the best value when you buy the larger size especially if you use it as often as I do. Like every medication check with your doctor about the ingredients before you start using them.

This was great for my husband who works hard and has recently been complaining of his back hurting. I will say, it does seem to be like any other typical pain medicine though.

I took this as soon as I got home today and my back doesn't hurt anymore. it's a little sore but it doesn't hurt, and I am able to relax enough to feel sleepy. which is a plus. as any pain reducer goes it works.

It takes about 45 mins to an hour to kick in and while it doesn't take all the pain away, it does take enough away so I can function like a normal person. The relief is fairly long lasting too, providing me with a reprieve that lasts long enough for me to do errands, housework and gardening. I'm not sure how, but the addition of caffeine to aspirin works wonders and I'm so thankful this is available!

I didn’t even have to follow up with any other medications, since this took care of the pain the first time around. I did have to take another dose about 8 hours after the first one but I have to admit that two doses of this beats 4 doses of the other stuff.

I’ve never tried Bayer aspirin extra strength back and body until now and I wish I had discovered it a long time ago. It makes the pain almost non existent and lasts the entire day. I keep some on hand now and use it at the first sign of discomfort.
