Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see any results but it may be that I needed to take them for a longer period of time. Plus so many other things like diet and exercise would impact results more than any supplement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These did not have a strong or offensive taste. They were not too large and went down easily with water. They were not heavy on the stomach. I think this product is a great value for the money. I didn’t recognize the majority of the ingredients so I’m not sure about the safety and health aspect of them.

It’s been 2 weeks so far so it’s not enough time to form a definitive opinion as to whether it helps with recovery long term but so far, I have experienced no negative issues and I am not as sore after exercising as I would expect to be, especially since I am starting to incorporate weights into my routine. The biggest issue I have with these pills are the size. I don’t do well with large tablets or capsules and have to drink a lot of water to get them down. I will stay the course and finish this bottle before finalizing my opinion but so far, the good seems to negative of the large pills. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.

I didn't have one cramp or Charlie horse, and felt great. The only thing I would critique is the size of the pill. It's recommended that you take three but I would only take two as they are so big and clunky, that's all I couldn't manage. I don't know if the size affects the formula but other than that I liked them and will continue to keep them on hand for my fitness journey.

The size of tablets are on the larger sizes. After using this product for about 30 days I do notice I have more energy. I am firming up after working out and using this product. The ingredients seem pretty simple.

I’ve been adding more strength workouts to my routine, and I will usually feel sore the day after. When I took this supplement, I felt great the next day! The only thing I don’t like about these is the pills are huge and hard to swallow! Overall, I think they’re great for muscle recovery.

Otherwise, the price is pretty good for the amount of pills you get.

I workout 5 days a weeks and this helps me bounce back so fast! You can take 1-3 pills everyday so I’ve been taking 1 and they are lasting me quite a while! Deff recommend trying if you need a speedy recovery time.
