was excited to try The Beard Club’s products, but my first experience has been deeply disappointing. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the product was already used and opened. This is not only concerning from a hygiene perspective but also questions the quality control measures of the company. As a customer, I expect to receive new and sealed products, especially when it comes to personal care items. Unfortunately, this experience has tarnished my view of The Beard Club, and I am hesitant to make future purchases or recommend them to others.
