He is surrounded by white silhouette stars. There is elastic on the two short sides in order to fit easily on a standard size changing pad measuring 32” X 16”. There are buttonholes for the changing pad straps so your little one is safe and secure while having their diaper changed. It is machine washable for easy care.

It fits perfectly on both of our changing pads and fells soft, smooth and comfy for our baby. While being made of excellent quality fabric and materials and having the cute Pooh design. After machine wash, the shape stays the same, material is still soft, good quality. It fits nicely on our standard changing pad. Love this changing pad cover that matches our Pooh themed room !
