Bag says serving size is 1/4 cup with a total amount in bag of 1 cup. I opened the bag and there were literally 20 melties!!!! There was less than 1/8 of a cup in the entire bag!

My son started eating these around 6-7 months and to this day at 18 months old, still will accept them with a snack. These are a PERFECT distractor when out to eat. They are tasy enough (for kids) to eat but not be filling while waiting for the actual food to come. We always have these in our diaper bag. Plus they are cleaner ingredients than other options, so I don't feel bad if he eats 30 at a time (which he does.... pretty much every time).
