A: As with most supplements, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before taking any of our products during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. We do have parents in the community who choose to use our products throughout their motherhood journey, but everyone is different, so we always recommend checking with your practitioner.

A: Our Propolis Throat Spray is perfect mostly for daily immune support, and can help sooth a sore throat during sicknesses. So while it does provide some support for a dry/itchy mouth or throat, that is not what it has been formulated for.

A: Yes, this can absolutely help with a scratchy throat due to seasonal allergies! For daily immune support, we recommend 4 sprays of our Propolis Throat Spray, 1-2 times per day. You can increase this dose to 4-5 times per day, 4 sprays each time, if you're feeling run down, are under more stress than usual, have a scratchy throat or are around others who are exhibiting cough and/or flu symptoms.

With this stronger formula, you may notice a slight difference in taste, as well as a change in smell. Additionally, our products are not certified organic, but we do third-party test all of our formulas for pesticides and heavy metals to ensure that we only bottle the very best ingredients.
