A: If your 10 year old can eat Honey, they probably can eat Bee Propolis. But check with your doctor, just in case. Blessings

i bought this after reading about the benefits of bee propolis. i have post nasal drip constantly, which irritates my throat, so i use this spray every morning. it works so well on the scratchiness from the mucus. the taste can take some getting used to but it is not terrible
