Jacob Tobia is a gender nonconforming writer, producer, and performer based in Los Angeles. They are the bestselling author of Sissy, which the The New York Times called "transformative," and The Washington Post deemed a "valuable dispatch." They have written and been featured in outlets such as The Daily Show, Good Morning America, Time, Salon, the New York Times Book Review, Out, and Cosmopolitan, among many others.
