The shampoo lathers nicely and rinses clean. The scent is a nice and light sandalwood and sea salt. Using the shampoo is supposed to boost and uplift your mood.

The bamboo-style cap and the natural aesthetic totally match the calm, spa-like vibe of my bathroom—I’m obsessed! Now for the shampoo itself: the texture looks like a gel, and I honestly didn’t expect much lather because of that, but surprise—it foams up beautifully! The scent is divine. I probably wouldn’t have picked it up just based on the name “Salty” (because… what even is that supposed to smell like?), but wow—it smells amazing. My husband instantly noticed the new scent when I stepped out of the shower and loved it too! Once my hair dried, it felt incredibly fresh, soft, and healthy. I could feel the smoothness as I ran my fingers through it, and the scent lingered beautifully with every little hair flip. I usually wash my hair every other day, and this shampoo helped keep my hair looking clean and non-greasy on day two. That’s a huge win for me! Definitely a new favorite—I’ll be repurchasing for sure and highly recommend it!

The shampoo is clarifying and leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean! I do follow up with a more oily shampoo because i like to have hydrated hair after washing and clarifying shampoos tend to be a bit drying. Overall, good shampoo!

Anyways, the shampoo really smells good. When I first smelled it out of the bottle, I didn't realize how strong the scent was, but once lathered up, you'll notice it and it does feel relaxing! I did notice that the shampoo seemed a little "clumpy" even after I tried shaking it, but it works well. I think it's just the texture. My hair pretty greasy and unfortunately the "clarifying" aspect of this didn't work quite as well as I'd hoped for my hair, but I've started incorporating this as the second part of my daily shampoo routine and that seems to work pretty well.

I have colored hair and I’ve read clarifying shampoos will strip the dye. It works well on the scalp though. You do get a lot for the price tag too. It’s priced really well and the packaging is beautiful. Very aesthetically pleasing.
