Disappointing life on this power bank. Doesn’t last at all- even when it’s fully charged. Kind of defeats the point when you have to keep charging the power bank - may as well just charge your phone I’d hate to be in a place where I need to count on this thing.

Used this only a few times and the battery expanded, cracking the entire product. Unfortunately just out of my warranty period so it's useless to me now. This is my second belkin product that broke very quickly so will not buy this brand again.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is an incredibly disappointing battery. It does not fully charge the phone and dies very, very quickly. Useful for an emergency situation, but not an option for days where you will be away from an outlet for hours on end. Unfortunately, cannot return this item.

Charger simply doesn’t work. Bought for a trip to Italy, after full overnight charging, the charger just didn’t charge my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Total waste. Put me in trouble a few days. I own many Belkin products and trust the brand. The MagSafe form factor is great (no cables to connect to iPhone) - only if it worked!

I bought this for my phone since it stopped charging with the cable and I bought this one since I could not find the apple one. It charges your phone very slow and takes forever to charge itself, not to mention how fast it runs out of power. Definitely, will return and never recommend to someone else.
