Dropped this Belkin Secure Holder with Carabiner for AirTag just once and the air tag popped out. " Oh. I'll just snap it back in....", I thought. However - it turned out that some tiny bit of the plastic holder must have broken off because there is no way to securely snap the air tag back in place.

Hard to get airtag out for battery change

The product does its job. But does it too well which is why I gave it 4 stars. Believe the folks who are stating they cannot get their airtags out. I tried and tried, finally used my K9 tooth and it came apart.. I was honestly about to just get another air tag and a holder. Wouldn’t buy this one again.

While I didn’t have any problem opening the product to remove the AirTag like some people have, I did experience spring failure. It’s been 14 months and it’s now useless with a broken spring. Would I buy this again? No. There are so many others on the market that cost much less with similar design. Even if the others break too, you could buy 2 or 3 of them for the cost of one of these.

Impossible to open

Overall a solid product, however, it is next to impossible to open in order to change the battery. Followed instructions…tried the multitool for watches and it bent the tip easily. Coins never worked.

Gift from my son for my dog. Tried to replace battery on AirTag but Bellingham Carabiner could be opened. You’d think that Bellingham would replace since they gained from Faulty product, but they’re obstinate. What do they project: Their gain is my loss. Do not Buy from Bad Faith Actors. Total rip off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid product with multiple applications. I use mine to on the collar of my dog. It’s easy to put the AirTag in backwards, which may make it difficult to close/open the AirTag compartment. This latching mechanism deserves a better design. Also, the strength could be increased by making sure the latch hooks on to the other side of the loop instead of just sliding in. I would recommend this product.

Taking a tote bag? Clip it to the strap. The key rings are a pain to remove and switch but this will clip to just about anything

I purchased this product since I thought it was pretty neat. However, upon putting my air tag into the case and the amount of pressure to put the two pieces together was a sign that this was not good. I had it on for a couple of months until my AirTag battery ran low. I followed the instructions from Belkin on how to remove the AirTag. But it was on so tight that there was no way the case would not be damage from attempting to removing the cover with a coin or key. So this product is guaranteed to be damage as soon as you attempt to remove. As I am writing this review I am still struggling to remove my AirTag. Definitely not worth the price I paid for this and I regretted purchasing the product.

Hi, Mmccao, We hear you. In removing the AirTag, insert a flat object such as a coin or key into the groove located at the bottom of the secure holder. Then twist the coin or key while holding the holder firmly with your other hand (this will unlock the locking ring).
