Purchased for my daughter. Loved them for all of 3 uses and now they won’t pair with any device for no reason. Also says they are completely charged and lights look like they are correct.

They simply stopped working after several uses. They appear to be charged since when they are in the charging case, three of the four lights start blinking but the lights turn off. I tried to rest to factory default settings, per instructions, but lights never light up on the earbuds. Cannot pair. Not sure if the earbuds are charged even though the case indicates they are charging.

My son got these as a gift and has loved them. However, after a couple of months the left earbud will not charge unless we use something to hold it down mostly leaving him with only one working earbud. He is very disappointed.

I have had 2 pairs of these earbuds, and both times only 1 of them ends up working, which is really annoying. There is something faulty with the charging case. Wouldn’t recommend. The only thing that works is putting something inside the lid of the case to push down the earbuds so they actually charge, and even then they are flaky.

I ordered 3 pairs of earbuds for my kids. At first we could only get 1 each of each pair to connect. Then we couldn't get any to connect, at all. No matter what I did or do, they won't connect. I tried contacting Belkin multiple times for assistance and they never responded. I tried contacting belkin to return them and they never responded. Neither phone or email. I'm very very disappointed and out a lot of money for pieces of junk that won't work!

Work great! They have super crisp sound without being so loud it could hurt their ears. They also waterproof which is super nice, along with long lasting battery life. Color is also adorable! My 7 year old loves them!

That said, they are average and the sound is acceptable. If they are going to compete with anyone above bottom tier they will not survive. The build of the case is garbage, cheapest plastic available and not just the feel, you can see the cheapness. I’m my son was embarrassed to have them out, and he’s still rocking original AirPods from 2016. Anyway. Three stars is generous, but there forgettable and that’s a shame. These are a swing and a miss, but they’ll do in a pinch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually only use ear pods when I’m traveling or on a call for work. I have my AirPods and now I have these! It’s interesting to compare the two. I think these work fine, I don’t have an issue with them. I’ve been using them ever since I got them and I really dont mind them. Im not crazy about the design though, I feel like they are a little too bulky for me and fit in my ear weird. AirPods seem more lightweight and fit the ear better. Sound wise they are good- I did notice on FaceTime they don’t have a good sound quality at all and apparently they make you sound bad as well. It was nice to try these but I think I’ll stick to my AirPods

He loves them and they are so comfortable for him. Easy enough for him to handle, charge on his own and take care of. The sound is great and he loves using these daily. Highly recommended!

They have 5 different ear tip sizes so both my boys are able to use them by changing the fit size. The sound is very clear and I’m actually amazed at how good they sound. They charge very quickly in the case and each charge lasts for about 5 hours. Before these they used over the ear wireless headphones but they love these so much better I will be purchasing a second pair so both my boys can have their own. Highly recommend.
