Product was not what I expected. Only picks up motion six feet or closer. I have tried to return but can't print a return label. Requested one but not sent.

The Bell Howell spot light doesn't light, the power is on and it was placed in the sunlight to charge but I was so disappointed because it never lit up at night and I'm not sure how to return it so I feel I lost my money. If it were purchased at my local store I could have easily retuned it.
