Bellera® Pulldown Kitchen Faucet

We added this faucet to our laundry room after loving the Edalyn faucet we updated in our kitchen. Seemed like a lot of money for faucets but was such a big difference was worth every penny. Who would have thought?!

This tap was installed in 2019 and i have already needed to replace the head and hose.

Beautiful design and great functionality. Replaced a Delta faucet that became hard to turn off. We’ve had mixed results with Koehler fixtures but their customer service has been excellent with replacement parts/fixtures. I recommend this faucet.

We have purchased many plumbing fixtures over our 44 years of marriage. We have landed on Kohler products - bathtubs, faucets, sinks, and toilets. They have the best functional quality and are always stylish. Kohler also has the best customer service, both up front and after the sale.

I am surprised that after 5 years the hose started to leak. I was expecting a better quality. The customer support is great and although the kit it was not in stock and supposed to take 30 t0 40 business days they replace the whole product. My suggestion to Kohler is to improve the quality of the hose so it can last longer. In the meantime I suggest to have it readily available to promptly attend customer's needs.

I bought the Kohler 560- VS kitchen faucet and have had nothing but problems with it since the first year I purchased it… leaks everywhere and I can’t remove the supposed quick-disconnect (collet connection) for the sprayer hose underneath the sink after three hours of trying. I read the comments for this and this should have been a recall. I need help and should not be on the hook for this after all the money I spent on this nice looking, but bad working faucet.

My plumber told me to avoid purchasing ANY plumbing products from big box stores or online retailers because those products, although they look the same, are made specifically for those retailers, with often times inferior materials, so they can be sold at a cheaper price. So, I headed his advice and ordered from what he said was the largest retailer of plumbing parts in the US. I ordered my kitchen faucet and had him install it. In less than 4 days, my wife noticed the nylon/plastic braiding that encases the faucet hose, was already torn and unraveling. I would have expected this from a big box store faucet, but not from the supposedly largest supplier of quality, name brand products in the US. Now the braiding has come undone to the point that it's bunching up in the goose neck of the faucet, rendering that aspect of the faucet useless. So now what, pay the plumber to come out, remove the faucet, pay to return it, so you can replace it with another plastic braided hose? Why wasn't the hose braided in Stainless Steel to begin with? Beyond disappointed.

First the spray hose needed replacing. Six months later, it's leaking by the handle, something on the cold water feed. When it wasn't leaking, you could never adjust the water temp with slight moves of the faucet handle; it would get way too hot and the cold water would not come back through until I pushed the handle all the way to the cold side (then I could adjust the temp). Most beautiful and worthless faucet on the market.

I’ve owns this faucet since 2016 and it’s been a problem since a month after Installation. It leakswhere the hose connects to the spray head, ok no problem it’s only when it’s on and it doesn’t affect the function. Then the buttons on the head stopped working, so much for the sweep spray! Now a few years in the hose is leaking everywhere. And of course you can’t just buy one off the shelf at the home centers! I would expect better quality from Kohler, especially for the cost! I don’t know if I’d waste the money on kohler again. At least with the cheaper brands I’d expect the problems

I have had the plumber back TWICE for a leaking handle. Installed this in May of 2018. Paid more this time to get a “Good” product. Very disappointed. Now, have to buy a whole new fixture. Surely will NOT be Kohler.

Like many others I bought this faucet and loved it for 5 years. It sprung a leak in the sprayers hose like many other people said. I bought the replacement hose and after hours and hours of trying to release the hose with the quick release and failing I went out and bought a Delta faucet. I looked on the internet and many people have had this same problem. You can not get the hose off.

I am having the exact same issue as RoseB. After a few years of normal use the hose is not only leaking on the threads near the end where it connects to spray but water is going all over the kitchen in several different directions. I can no longer use the pull down function which is the most important one to mean. And the problem continues to get worse every day. Very disappoint that this failed so quickly. We are about to remodel several bathrooms and I am now reconsidering using Kohler products

We bought this unit 4 years ago and the braided spray hose sprung a leak so bad that it ruined our cabinetry and water leaked into the basement. This item is junk. Do not Purchase this item !

The controls on the spray head have stuck in the max spray position. Cannot do anything to correct it. It is a magnetic switch of some kind and is terrible. It did this just after it was new. I gave up and leave it that way but it should be recalled and fixed. I am not the only unhappy customer. My new home has nothing but Kohler products.

Installed about 1 month ago and so far I have to give it 5 stars. I will post again if I discover any problems.
