However they are good and convenient to take with you. The flavor was ok, not my favorite. I think the serving size was about 7 of these. Overall good product.

With healthy ingredients, you know you aren’t getting any high fructose corn syrup, or other artificial sweeteners. They include fiber and only 120 calories for 4. They are high in carbs so I usually limit my treat to 2 as I go low on my carbs. Very yummy.

They are the perfect bite size, but careful, it's easy to eat they because they are so fresh and delicious! I had the blueberry flavor and I'm not a huge blueberry fan, but I found these to be very good! I loved the texture that the natural grains and seeds added to the bites. They were perfectly baked to be soft and chewy. I found that these snack bites gave me a nice little boost of energy when I felt the mid-day crash while working. I really enjoyed these Belvita energy snack bites and would love to try other flavors!

No high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. A great way to boost energy with a nice treat that's packed with goodness like sunflower seeds and blueberries. They taste a lot like their larger bars, but in a poppable size. Which leads me to disagree with their recommendation of four as a serving size. The package is resealable and portable, so I can just drop one in my bag to have a snack on the go. I appreciate them having no high fructose corn syrup, and no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. I received a sample from Influenster to try and review.
