They are made with real fruits and seeds and have no GMOs, which is fantastic. They are the perfect bite size and are so soft and moist; I can never eat just one. There are about 4.5 servings in each bag, with each serving consisting of about 4 snack bites. Overall, I would definitely recommend these and can't wait to try the other flavors!

I do love blueberry and sunflower seed so I knew I would probably like the flavor and I did. The packaging is nice because you can re-seal it so they don’t get stale and I think these ingredients will actually be great for lactation on my breastfeeding journey with my new baby!

I personally feel it can be used in yogurt, to add variety or as a substitute for granola. Its sweet, but not sugary sweet. The blueberry tast is not overpowering, let you know it's a natural flavor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: ingredients are typical of other healthy granola snacks, the bites are nice and soft, the bag it’s in is well made and I appreciate that it’s resealable! Con: the taste is not great, you can taste the sugar granules and feel how much sugar content there is, clearly not fit for dieting. These are one of those hate it or love it type of snacks. It reminds me of cookie dough/brownie bites texture which I do not like. You can see the texture in my video, soft and easy to squeeze. This is another product that I feel doesn’t stand out.
