Love the recipes in this book. The only thing I don't like is egg in my ice cream. We have omitted the eggs in the recipes we've made & they are fantastic.

I bought this as a birthday present for my mom who had just gotten an ice cream maker. She loves it! We always wanted to know all the ingredients to they're ice cream flavors and this gives you almost every one! Even the oldies! I cannot wait to make ice cream with her this summer. Out of all the ice cream recipe books I looked at, this one is by far the very best!
