Blister packs are impossible to open without cutting them or poking with a sharp object. It says to "fold" and "pull" yet all that does is tear the tab off, it does not actually open the section. I am stuck in bed after a surgery today and don't have the luxury of walking to the kitchen to find a sharp object to open the package. Horrible packing design. You're better off buying the generic version in the bottles. They simply pour out and are much cheaper!

I bought this product a few days ago. The product itself is good but the packaging is not. It's very hard to get the pill out of the sleeve especially for elderly people with fingers that are not good. Can't you just put a light foil under the pill so that it can be pushed out easily? Instead you have a piece of thin cardboard and a tab to pull back to open it. I remove the pills and put them in a container.

I normally don’t like putting one star on anything if I have to, but I have to on this unfortunately, the biggest problem I’ve been reading and seeing videos on is this makes you extremely drowsy they should make this sleep aid take it before bed. It will work. Trust me.

My niece has an allergic reaction to grass . She took this and said that it worked the first time.And claims that it got worse the second time she took it… there is no way she should feel something the second time she took it! Should’ve felt da same way she felt the first time🤦🏽♀️ now she got bumps all over her belly,legs,arms,feet,and chin🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Your product packaging is THE worst. I will never buy you product again due to the frustration of packaging. I again and again fight to remove the pill and EVERY time your product packaging fails where I need to take out kitchen scissors ro remove the product. I challenge your staff too bring that packaging to the heads at the corporate round table and watch them fumble unable to remove the product from its package. This product has been on the market 20+ years? No wonder no increase in market value.

I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT AND THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT IS THE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY OF ACTUALLY GETTING THE TABLET OUT OF THE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED CONTAINER. THE PORDUCT WORKS GREAT, ITS TOO BAD THAT BENADRY WILL BE LOSING THOUSANDS IF NOT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE NO ONE TOOK THE TIME TO DO PERIODIC QUALITY CHECKS TO ASSURE THAT THE PRODUCT MAY BE ACCESSED EASILY. WHAT A SHAME. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP AND LOOK AT THE BIG PICTURE INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SAVE MONEY AND NO RE-PACKAGING THE ILL PACKAGED PRODUCT. THE PACKAGER COMPANY SHOULD ALSO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY ON THE POOR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE OPENIING TAB !!!

You need a pair of pliers or a wire cutter to open a package! I ended up throwing them out and got a store brand in a childproof bottle!

I cannot believe how difficult the packaging is! I am 83 and in good shape but I either have to cut the pill from its packaging, have exceptional luck when opening it your way, or using a needle nose pliers to pull back the opening to the pill. I won't buy this type again. I ;refer to have my pills in a bottle. Is it available in a bottle? I have had to throw away many pills because they were so inaccessible.
