The caplets are very hard to swallow! I have to be very careful. I have choked and gagged on them. I would not give to children, because of urge danger of choking & stopping up their airway.

It’s not a bad product, but I feel the price is a bit high for what it actually offers.

It comes with 84 capsules which is an amazing value for your money. There’s no after taste either which is perfect for those who have a weak stomach or sensitive to taste. I would say that the pills are on the bigger side so those who have a hard time swallowing large pills may have a hard time taking this supplement.

These pills are the largest pills I’ve ever taken. I can’t swallow them and will probably throw out the bottle before I choke. Not to mention that one serving is 4 PILLS. Get the generic brand instead.

Although I don’t have issues with digestive health, I am glad that these supplements are a quick and simple way to add fiber to my diet! I take these with lots of water to help dissolve it. I haven’t noticed any changes since I started using these a few weeks ago, but I love the fact that they’re probably doing their job! The packaging is also pretty!

I would like to see if there are more benefits the longer I take it. The only complaint I have is that the pills are a bit large and can be harder to swallow for some. It's still easier though to take a pill rather than having to mix a powder.

I like that they are gluten free and vegan. I haven't noticed a huge difference in my gut health yet but maybe when I up to 3 pills a day I'll notice a difference
