Benihana The Japanese Steakhouse Frozen Yakisoba Chicken - 10oz

The product description and the photo of the Yakisoba Chicken both describe zucchini as an ingredient. However, the actual experience was disappointing, in that the wasn't a slice of zucchini to be found. I also was outraged by the amount of sodium in this product. The flavor and texture were pretty good, if these issues could be resolved.

They have really cut the size in half.

Not worth $6. Weird sour taste, chicken was very soft and strange texture, noodles were still somewhat hard….wish I could get a refund cause this went in the garbage.

Don't buy this unless you're giving this to someone you hate. Bad taste.

Absolutely disgusting! I became violently ill after eating this! I had horrible gas and diarrhea! I threw up 3 times! The taste it grossly sour! It's not good at all! Don't waste your time or money!

I absolutely love the flavors in this dinner. The chicken is tender and flavorable as well as the carrots and zucchini. There is enough of noodles for one serving so adding a few more veggies makes is outstanding. I will go everywhere within 50 miles to stock up on this dinner. Love, love it! In 3 minutes you have dinner!

The flavor of this microwave meal was ok. It was a little salty which I expected. The chicken was gristly. I don’t think I would buy this again.

This meal is soo good. The noodles are a perfect texture for frozen food. The taste is just right to me. The chicken is kinda chewy,leathery to me but better chewy than fatty imo. The veggies also have a good texture. The price isn't crazy. I feel like it's probably a big portion for some, but for me I wanted more haha. My three year old daughter even likes it. Highly recommend to anyone who likes noodles and Frozen food!!

these used to be really good but the last couple times I've bought them they were awful- dry and flavorless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Benihana® Yakisoba Chicken Frozen Entrée 10 oz. Box *Pros* Instructions were extremely easy to follow. (Pull back a corner of the film and microwave 2½ minutes. Take out the entrée, pull back the film, stir the contents around, replace the film, and microwave another 45 seconds. Let stand 1-2 minutes before removing the film completely and that's it! Done!) This was a quick meal you could easily make in about 5 minutes and the portion size was relatively filling. It had a decent flavour and the vegetables weren't overly soft and mushy. *Cons* The noodles were a little dry and had more of a spaghetti texture. Compared to other brands, I thought the portion size was sufficient, however, I wish there had been more vegetables and chicken added. (The proportion was more noodle than I would've liked.) The chicken had that odd microwaved meat quality to it so maybe the steak would've been a better choice. Overall, I feel that this definitely needed more sauce (or something...water?) added to keep the noodles from being so dry and almost rubbery. It was an 'okay' meal. Nothing I would be excited about nor would I go out of my way to recommend. I give this a 3/5.
