Warning- it is *very* easy for kids to take the little stopper out of these and access the gel substance inside! I have no idea if this stuff is no -toxic but I can tell you that my child tried to drink it thinking it was just ice water inside!

These do not stay cold long, maybe a couple of hours, certainly not through a school day. And they are quite small. I could only fit two in the Bentgo lunch bag, but they weren’t big enough to cover the whole bag.
