Q: Rigid interior box bottom preferred like the square PB option as it is easier to clean. I love the size and shape and attachments of this but the picture looks like it is not rigid, true? Would be perfect if rigid with minimal seams for grossness.

I have bought two of these bags, both ended up with the same issue halfway through the school year. One of the zippers is stuck leaving only the other one to open and close and it still feels so tight and hard to move. Love their lunch boxes but the bags need help, especially for the price.

The cord for the side pocket already broke. Other than that it really does seem well made and we what i expected but that really bummed my daughter out having it break right away.

Well made! Honestly too many bells and whistles and too bulky for a backpack. It’s like a small suitcase for a 7yo. The water bottle pocket is too small for the similar water bottles we have. We just don’t need three strap and handle options. I’d rather buy a sleeve with a slot pocket for an ice pack.

Me encanta el print y los colores, pero la lonchera es un poco grande para mi niña de 05 años y la mochila es un poco ancha también, pese a ello me gusta que tenga suficiente espacio, creo que como bolsos de viajes estan excelentes, pero para la escuela en niños de kinder, la siento muy grande.

This lunch box is deceivingly large. It fits the full bento lunch box and a thermos. It's easy for my child to carry on a daily occurrence. But the best part is how well insulated it is and it keeps my child's food at the perfect temperature with help from ice packs.

I like the bags there nice for carrying the bento box. I don’t care for the long shoulder strap found it got in way. Glad I could take it off and set it aside. Love the designs and colors and that I can match bag and bento box. Easy for kids to carry in school.

The quality an functionality is great. I love the versatility of the carrying function. It's easy for my 5 year old to carry. The only reason I didn't give it all the stars is because it doesn't easily fit the smaller bentgo snack box along with the larger one that matches this set that I usually pack in there. But I understand everyone uses it differently, everything still fits in there snugly but it works.
