Q: Is the entire box microwavable safe? I read that the inside container is, but can I place the whole box in the microwave?
A: Thank you for your interest in the Bentgo Modern lunchbox! We're happy to clarify the microwave safety of our product. While the inner tray is indeed microwave-safe, the entire Bentgo Modern lunchbox should not be placed in the microwave. Only the inner tray is designed for microwaving. When microwaving the tray, we recommend doing so for no longer than 3 minutes.
