I gave it a five stars because of Customer Service. I called them up because the bag with the stuff that it came in to put it together. The plastic piece was broken inside and I took a picture, but the bag is still closed. It’s a very thin plastic piece and it was cracked so I just asked them to replace that but they said no they sent me a new one and I was so grateful to them because the only reason why I couldn’t send the whole thing back is because I’m house bounded because I have bone cancer and I explained it to them and they were so nice to send me another one. I respect that so when I get my replacement one and hopefully everything is OK. My son put it together and then I’ll leave a review on how it holds up and how everything went together to be continue.

Beautiful toilet seat and well made. Just make sure you follow install directions if you want both the seat and lid to close slowly.
