I needed this during passover but did not have it. I had to julianne over 7 potatos by hand. It took so much time and effort. This peeler does the work for you and it comes out even. I have used it even with cucumbers for salad. My potato cuggle came out great with this peeler.

Bought this peeler because it looked easy to hold. My daughter used it to peel potatoes after it was delivered in December 2020, said it is the best peeler ever, and wants to keep it. I've been trying to order a second one for almost four months. It has never been in stock. I did find one from another source for the same price plus $136 shipping. I'll wait for Target to restock. Maybe by next Christmas. BTW directions do say to handwash only, dishwasher not recommended.

The peeler is not sharp out of the package. It is good for making thin strips but bad at taking off the actual peel. Also, the zester does not work on that. It is so dull it can not cut through the lemon peel.
