Neo cast iron cookware is also oven ready. You can sear your food on the stovetop, and finish in the oven. Please allow cookware to cool completely before attempting to clean. Handwash recommended with warm water and mild detergent; dry thoroughly. Avoid cleansers that contain bleach or citrus extracts.
