Ergonomically designed handle for a firm and safe grip. Glass lid allows you to keep an eye on your food while it’s cooking, no need to lift the lid.
Built to withstand heavy use with a fast, simple cleanup. Suitable for all stovetops, including induction cooktop. Allow to cool before washing. For normal cleaning, hand wash in warm soapy water with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth. For slight sticking, soak in hot soapy water for 15-30 minutes and wipe with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth.
500°F maximum temperature resistance (400°F with lid) so that it can be used in the oven as bakeware in place of traditional baking pans.
