A: Unfortunately, this specification is not available, however considering roof is made from heavy duty aluminum, snow load shouldn't be an issue.

Q: hello I live in a state where it's always raining a lot and bad storms how good are the hardtops roof for protecting from the rain?

A: roof is made of aluminum, however, prolong expose to direct sunlight may be the only issue, otherwise its recommend to "stake" gazebo in windy conditions. Rain/Rust should weather good.

Q: In your opinion, could it be left up all year round? I live in NJ and have gone through about 5 over the years. The last one due to a foot of snow on it which I stupidly did not go out and brush off

Q: we live in a very windy area as we do not have houses behind us. every gazebo we had has been torn apart by the wind. my question how strong is this item, our wind can get 20 miles an hour.

The curtains and bug net come as separate parts, you can definitely use this Gazebo with, or without the curtains and bug net, it also features built-in touch fasteners to pull back the netting and secure the curtains if you plan on using the curtains and bug net. A: Hello sdfpndfgpi, I will be more than happy to answer your inquiry about our 10x10ft Hardtop Gazebo. The internal measurements are 10 inches large, 99.25 inches wide, 77.16 inches high from bottom to the top pole not the pointed end, and the outer dimensions are 116.9 inches large by 115 inches wide, this taking in consideration that the rood overhangs in the corners, the 101.5 inches tall is for the pointed end. This gazebo is not 10x10 ft. Once it is put together it is roughly only 8x8 ft. We bought this one so that it would fit our back patio however with it being smaller we have no way to secure it in the ground. Additionally this item took about 6 hours to put together. Would probably have rated this higher but very frustrated about the size.

Package said two people could put this together in 2 hours, but it took my husband and I at least twice that! It has nice features but several roof panels arrived damaged at the corners. We got it up but I am concerned how it will hold up. There is no option to report the damage pieces without initiating a return. There is no way we are going to disassemble it and box up for a return! So fingers crossed, the roof hold up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the results of my gazebo. Honestly, it took more than four hours to put this thing together. I actually put it together by myself. Almost. My child helped with about 2% of the assembly by holding the polls upright. Otherwise it took me approximately six hours making sure that the parts were secured and that there was no leakage. The gazebo is very sturdy and spacious. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy spending time outdoors in the shade. The anti-bug curtains are definitely a plus. This was a great buy for the price.

I recently purchased this and unfortunately several of my roof panels were damaged during a particularly bad storm. I called to see about ordering some replacements which I was very willing to pay for. I was told they do not supply them. Which for such a quality product I was seriously shocked that they were unwilling to supply replacement parts. Things like this happen by no one’s fault. I will be replacing the unit but not one from this company.

I received only one box and they lost the second box and did not know where it was two weeks later. The box I received did contain the “hard top”. The hard top is corrugated plastic and not a hard top. This product is a cheap plastic disguised as aluminum. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Unfortunately, a few of the plastic roof panels were somewhat blemished as they appear to be a tad melted. Other than that, the gazebo was built and looks good other than the two blemishes on the roof panels.

It seemed fairly cheap when I first opened the box, but as I started putting it together it was amazing how reinforced it became. The assembly process is very easy, but I would recommend a drill and correct bits instead of the tools they provide. The roof can be a little irritating at first, but you’ll get the hang of it fairly quickly. It was a great addition to our back porch.

I’ve had cheaper versions in the past that would not stay up. I would recommend at least two people putting it together but my husband did a lot of it on his own. I wish the chandelier shown in the picture was included.

Placed this on my deck and should be 6” taller to clear my back door. Also should have some type of hanger system for string lighting. Other than that the instructions were clear and step by step. Wheat together nice and well built.
